Live rock and sand-tonga/shelf

I just broke down my zeovit tank and have about 30lbs of shelf rock and some tonga branch. I aslo have about 20lbs of live sand and another 24lbs of fresh sand that's been sitting in a bucket of RO water for over a month. I was thinking about $20 for all the rock, $10 for fresh sand, and $10 for live sand. The LR is loaded with stomatella snails and free of aiptasia. Open to trades. I need a seahare if anyone has one.

Forgot to mention the LR is sitting in a sump with a heater and pump to keep it live.
