live rock fleas?

looking in my tank today (day after a new mushroom frag) there seems to be small fleas or bugs on my rock. what are they? are they bad? Any ideas? also small red and white spiney legs hanging out of my rock, looks like some sort of bristle star? no clue what they are? THANKS FOR THE ADVICE. love 303

The bugs are more than likely pods of some sort, check out the pics in the link here to see if any match... http://www.melevsreef.com/id/pods.html

The legs are probably mini brittle stars, good guys, reef safe, great scavengers.
