Live Rock for a 120

Hi, I am building a BB 120 reef, and I am interested in ordering my live rock from you guys. I am thinking about a majority of Kaelini (maybe 75%), with the rest being Marshall. I think I would like to stay away from overfilling with rock, so there is plenty of room left for corals to grow and fish to swim. How much of each rock would you suggest for my tank?

Hi,

If you are wanting it look pretty open then I would do up to about 120lbs. The Marshall is a bit lighter than the Kaelini, but even at 120lbs total of both that should still leave a fairly open aquascape especially when considering he tank is BB.

I would do somewhere around 80lbs of Kaelini, and maybe 40lbs of Marshall.

That sounds pretty good. Right now, your site says you are out of the kaelini, is this true? When are you expecting to get more?

i talked to them Wednesday about kaelini and they said they are going to get some in Monday the 6th.
