Live Rock Pickup

I'm in Chicago, and I was thinking of making a trip to Indianapolis to pick up my live rock instead of shipping it. It looks like you have store hours on Friday and Saturday.

Would you recommend making my purchase online? How long in advance should I make it? When I get there, will I have a chance to pick out some live rock pieces myself?

If you want to be in and out, order it ahead of time, it will be all boxed and ready to go when you get there. Otherwise, just call in first and make sure we have a good supply of what you want, and come play in the rock pools.

Thanks. Can I order it ahead of time online to avoid taxes and still pick out the pieces that I want? Would I just put a comment into my order?

Nope, to avoid the taxes, it would have to ship.

If you do order ahead of time via phone, or internet, and select local pickup, you will not pay taxes for the order. GIve me a call if you have any questions at 317-895-9005.

Yes you can. You would just pick out up to the number of pounds you had preordered.
