live rock?

i have just torn down my tank since i am moving in a month or two.My question is i have gotten rid of all of my live stock but have kept the live rock i plan to keep it in a rubbermaid container with a powerhead and heater until i set my tank back up will this be ok? If so how often should i do water changes if any at all? I do have a hair algae problem so this may be a good time to cook the rock.

sounds like a good time to cook it, just remember to top off with fresh and do some small water changes

Waterchanges wont hurt it once a month.

All live rock is in container with powerhead and heater but small amount of live rock is kind of out of the water. I have tried restacking it but still it is a little out of water is this ok?

Yeah it should be ok, I wouldnt worry about a small portion of it.
