live rock ?

I have a bunch of rock that has been dry for about 3 weeks. What should I do to use it again.

Your going to have to recycle the rock. I wouldnt recommend doing it in your tank because the dead bacteria might cause a spike of trates/phos in your tank

It wouldnt hurt. Make sure you dont bust the rock up with too strong a spray.

I would just put the rock in a container and start cycling it. that dead stuff will just help.

I bleached and acid washed all the rocks I put in my 120 that's cycling now. Why did you let it die or get dry?

I moved and didn't save the water and didn't want to haul the weight and it was full of little white stars. I'll Prince the loose stuff off and start cycling.

this is what I would do. If you don't want to do this I would soak it in ro/di and check phosphates. If phosphates start showing up I would use that pool chemical people are using to remove them from the rock.
