Live sand samples

Anyone coming to the party this friday that can offer some live sand samples? My tank is very sterile at the moment and it needs a little kick start. If you have had any signs of red planaria flatworms I'll pass. I plan to treat it anyway but I want to be very careful not to get them in my new tank.

Do you still have any good macro algea in your sump you can spare? I remember you had one awsome refugium a few years ago.
