You really need to post a review of your rocks on the vendor experience forum.
I'm really ticked off about the condition of your rocks... Mine were shipped overnight, with NO newspaper, felt dry, etc etc. Needless to say they refunded the total bill. I think it is totally unacceptable for a place to ship live rock without newspaper or wrapping of some sort.
My order also had the little styrofoam balls ALL over the place.
Mine are totally cycled, not seeing any life on it yet except for the pods that arrived. (not sure if the pods came on the marine depot live rock order or the premium aquatics rock order).
Just make sure you cure them a while. I'd definitely post in the vendor forum (pics would help too), and perhaps email marine depot live and ask them why your rocks were shipped kinda dry and with no wrapping around them.
I'd say after they cure, given time, they'll have alot of life on em.
Keep me updated as to what happens if you contact them.
