LMB with Clams?

My LMB has yet to attack my clams...he likes to perch on the mantel from time to time, but the clams never close up anymore.

My LMB hasn't really shown that he knows my derasa exists. Never ever have I seen him go near it. Not sure, but I'd say that qualifies for safe. lol

I had one and it never touched my clams. (By the way, heard a story from my friend that a bi-color did though)

Never had a problem with mine, on ocasion he would perch on them like a rock...but I made a mistake and put mine in a clam tank with no top....he went carpet surfing...
