loaded nano tank with carbon dosing?

Why not just change the water in a nano?
I would be worried that a nano hasn't the stability you need for carbon dosing.

Also, nitrates isn't the reason people don't cram a nano full of fish. More to do with swimming space, territory, etc.

Many nanos don't have skimmers. Carbon dosing only works effectively with a decent skimmer.

Saw this coming a mile away I had no idea water changes lowers nitrates lmao!

Well... When you remove X% of water, you also remove X% of whatever else as well. So if you have a nano you could remove half of the water let's say and in theory remove half of the concentration of NO3...
