I'm using number 3 white sand. The grains are much larger. #1 is too fine, the lfs didn't have number 2 so I got number 3.

I'm sure you lfs can get you that easily.

Looks great Mikekman. Some nice shots in there. I am always looking to trade stuff. I want one of your single dendros, and I like the blue xenia you ended up with, those are pretty nice looking.

If you ever want to come up and look at what I have let me know. You can take a tank tour of my neighbors tanks too. they are a little on the understocked side right now due to the fact he is changing stuff around.

Twisted, here is more pics of the true blue xenia. The thing is sick! It has glitters because of the calcium in its sclerites .

Look at the baby on the right

We will have to trade, I've been talking to bbishop, josh holt, and mrbncal about getting some sps frags. I'm hoping to sometime go to one of the redding meetings with the chico reef club president boviac (Chris)

well let me know when you come up here too. I got some duncans since last we talked and a couple small frags of blastos.

Hey Twisted, why don't you start a thread on the redding forum and post tons of pics? I'd like to see pics of some of the stuff you have.
You did get a new camera so PUT IT TO USE :D :D :D

The dendros are just getting bigger and bigger. I hope they put out my babies. I feed them mysis soaked with selcon almost everyday!

The two frags of cesps I have are doing well. Considering that they are notorious for dying during shipping, they did EXTREMELY WELL! I did learn a tip on RC which I told the seller. Invert the frag plug with the xenia upside down on styrofoam increases the chances that it will survive the shipping.

I see new growth everyday on the cesp and in fact, I moved a piece of rubble rock right next to the bottom base of the cesp and the cesp has grown onto it! In a few days, a new piece will be growing on it! WOOHOO!!
