A friend brought over his new camera and let me take a few shots with it. It has me hooked. I am on the hunt for one of my own and saving my pennies - LOTS of freakin pennies. Anyways, here's a couple macros of lobos in my 180 mixed reef.

Ha! Another victim, I mean, convert. Welcome brother. You're in good company.

Loose coins can often be found between cushions on couches. Check all pockets for crumpled bills. Return all recycling for redemption value. Learn an instrument and play in public places with your case open. You'd be surprised how much money you can save if you just stop eating.

Get the camera, take pictures and post them! There is lots of advice available here, from camera selection and picture taking through post processing and posting pics.

Ha! Project Couch Coin Extraction is en motion.

Is Photoshop the way to go for processing or is there something for less? I'm running Mac

Photoshop Elements gives you 80% of the power of Photoshop for about 10% of the price. A lot of guys use Lightroom. There are a number of solutions available, many if not most of which are easier on the wallet.

Thanks for the info - I have Elements so I'll start with that. My neighbor works for an ebay company, so he's on the hunt for a Canon 5D and 100mm f/2.8 for me. Let the waiting begin...
