Lobophora information

In trying to ID algae that has grown in my tank, I finally was able to ID it as Lobophora, brown wafer algae.

My question is this, how can it be gotten rid of? What is its primary means of nutrients and is it toxic to anything??

Check out this article. I never put two and two together but several years ago when I gave my Naso away (got ot big for teh 75'er) this type of algae took over. I have been pulling it out by hand lately. Silly me.
