Lobos together?

Can you put two different lobos close to each other or even touching without a battle?

Sometimes yes sometimes no. I have two lobos that are more fluffy/spiky and they're fine together. I had another lobo that was more compact/smooth, put it next to the other lobo and that night it put out a bundle of mesenterial filaments and started digesting/killing it.

I have two about 2" apart, never a problem.

I have mine touching and they seem to be fine so far (I've had them like this for 2 months)

I have a large lobo touching a candy cane and they play well together.

Thanks for the responses..........giving this a bump for more experiences. Here is my piece that I want to add another lobo nearby. I made a trade for this and it was a single donut shape and the guy said it was an Acan maxima, which was probably the wrong Id.

I'm assuming it's a lobo? It's grown really slow because I'm not feeding it. It's gone from a 1 1/2" donut to this in 2 1/2 years. There is 4 mouths right now.
