frys electronics in san marcos has a huge marine cylinder tank and also tanks surounding the coffee shop . also fish house vera cruz in san marcos and temecula have a couple nice marine tanks

10. Vivid Aquarium's display tank :eek2: I can spend all day staring at that thing. Does anyone know how many gallons that is? It has to be at least 1,000.

11. How about the Aquarium at Santa Barbara Pier? Not exactly "local" but it's a good aquarium.

Good call on Green Papaya, Foselone! The huge anemone was incredible. I loved the sohal tang, flame angels and all the other animals.

The spicy beef salad was delicious.

Vivids tank is 800 display but all the water volume together is 1500g ya i can spend all day looking at that tank its awesome!
