Local Glass Prices

Hi

I'm building a glass overflow box for a 125g aquarium. 2 pieces of 1/4" glass about 6 feet long and 5 inches wide. Davie Glass quoted me almost $100! I was a bit shocked. Is that a reasonable price? It probably is, but I just wanted to see.

oh, i forgot. if you're doing an overflow box. you can go with the overflow box like the ones on bulk reef....

Casino glass in Hollywood is very reasonable. Problem with your order is the length. They need to "ruin" a bigger piece to get your dimensions.

Thanks, got a call into them. We'll see what they say. May be the same, or more, but I'd just like to know cuz that's a lot of $$ for 2 pieces of glass.

Update

I went with Casino Glass. About 30% cheaper, quicker, nicer.

Just picked up the panels for the overflow box and sump baffles today. Very nice work.
