Local Heat Sink vendor?

Is there any place that sells aluminum heat sinks locally? I need ~8" wide by 12" long with around 1" fins on the back.

How about a place that sells a flat bar of aluminum (8.5" x 12" or thereabouts)?

I can attached angles to the back to make my own heat sink. This might work out better, anyway, because I'll be able to position the fins so that airflow travels across the fins from existing holes in the hood rather than cutting new ones.

I just verified what I can get from heatsinkusa.com and it is $40 shipped. I can do a lot better than that myself.
