Local shops???

I'll be in Fort Wayne Tues through Fri next week for work. What shops should I check out in the evenings when I have nothing else going on. I'm looking more for frags than anything but a nice selection of fish wouldn't be bad either.

Those are about it.

There is one on Broadway on the south side of town. There is one up in kendallville and one in angola if you feel like traveling.

There used to be 33 aquarium on HWY 33, have not been there in a couple of years though. They were big in fresh water very little salt.

Coral reef is usually pretty good. He is the only one that carries ORA frags and fish in town.

Uncle bills is very new, so there tanks are still cycleing.

The Pet Store on Setllhorn is still around. Coral is hit or miss (mostly miss). Not a huge selection on fish, but they tend to be around longer and always look really healthy. IMO, best selection of crabs and snails in town.

As with everything else, it just depends on what you're looking for. If you want coral, go to Coral Reef. Clean up crew, then The Pet Store. Fish, then any of the three, but Petwarehouse has the biggest selection.

Thanks everone, I'm actually staying at a place on Dupont so hopefully the one will be open while I'm around. I'll definatly be trying out the coral reef though.

i think coral reef has the best selection of fish over perwarehouse... not to say petwarehouse doesnt have a good selection, but klaus carries alot more and always has something new everytime you go in there.

love his store, just makes me wanna buy stuff.... only i havent gotten one of his fish to live in my tank.... all the corals ive bought from him to excellent tho

33 aquarium is still there fellas. They just dont have as much saltwater anymore. last week only like 5 tanks
