Local Web Access?

I tried to setup my Aqua controller 3 pro last night and can not get local web access to it. I can ping the IP address and telnet works, but I can not connect through my web browser. I tried it on 2 different linksys routers and different IP addresses. I also try doing a full reset on it twice with no luck. Any ideas?
