Local Welder to build Stand

I would like to have a steel stand for my new tank, so... Any recommendations for local welders?

$30/hr , gave me guess on amount of time and was pretty close. Then he has a site fee if you want him to do it on site. Real nice guy hes a coast guard diver by day so you need to be flex on time.

if so, do you mind telling me what scope you are using?

yeah jman,
i own an SK
i ask because scopes are difficult to mount to them.
i was curious what brand/model scope it was.

alot of fun to shoot.
