locating tool to drill a tank

I was looking to drill 2 hole in a 10 gallon aquarium what bit do I need? Where can I buy it locally. The size is for a 3/4 inch bulk head.

I have the drill and a drill press if you want to do it here. I live in Romeoville right off 135th street.

I drilled 9 holes in my 125 tank.
