Long nose Butterfly feeding

In a nutshell, I ended up with one these in my tank and I have no idea as to the feeding needs of this fish. What and how often should I feed it? Thanks for the help.

Try mysis, pieces of shrimp and clam, shredded fish flesh (silverside, mahi mahi) and Ocean Nutrition frozen formula 1 and 2. Some will also take flake.
