Long Spine Urchin - White Gung

I have a long spine black sea urchin that has started secreating white gunk. Not poop from the anus, but appears to come from the spiny area. It's starting to cloud the tank. Should I be concerned?

Sounds like you got a stud there! Try doing a couple of water changes.

Stud indeed.. he did it again yesterday while I was doing a water change. The first time I did nothing and my 29 gallon tank looked fine. Well except for a few hours the tank was cloudy. Nasty!!
