longspine urchin & Clams?

I know longspine urchins are venomous, are they harmful to tridanas? Will their long spine pierce or irritate the clam mantle when they "walk" by? Any comments?

I keep a gigas and crocea with my urchin. I had them together for almost a year and both are doing great and growing fast.

BTW the tank is only a 29gal
