That's def the coral in pic 1, I don't think that the corals in pics 2 and 3 are the same species as they differ greatly in coralite shape and size. I do agree pic 2 looks like A. Valida. It has the same coralite growth and structure as another coral that I have and was id'd as A. Valida. I think it could be A. Nana but im not sure. I guess i'll have to wait till it grows out a little more before I try to get an id. Thanks to all who responded to my post.....

Don't be fooled by the Valida.
It can vary greatly in growth, color, and coralite structure.
A couple of examples of Valida that might otherwise seem different would be Garf Purple Bonzai, and the infamous Purple Monster.
