i have 2x 250w 15k metal hallides w/ballast and 2x 96w pc's w/ballast. all hamilton w/ reflector used 8 months. also an iwaki 30rxlt pump is old but only used for 2 days, the capacitor popped and i replaced it-works fine but too much pump for my 55g. likewise on the lights. the skimmer is a top pathom tf 100a. basicly i'm looking to upgrade my skimmer and downgrade on my lights. i'm not looking to get rich just want to get my tank running like a fine tuned machine! please call w/ any questions 407-448-3017.

Is your lighting a retro fit kit? Maybe I can make it work on my 6' 125 gallon. I was thinking of making a canopy and getting a retro fit kit. I am currently running a 6 month old 260 watt PC fixture on my 125 gallon that is not long enough for my tank. You have way to many watts of light on that 55 gallon. When I had my PC fixture on my 48" 50 gallon it worked great. I could keep anything but sps.

i'm not looking to trade the hallides for straight pc's ( i'm actually running a 4x65w pc fixture right now), but if you want to make a little more reasonable trade let me know daveg99 ( i'm really trying to upgrade my skimmer). pm sent davejnz.
