Looking EcoPico LED strips (or similar)

I am trying to update my JNJ Cubey Deluxe 3G pico. I saw Metrokat's LED upgrade on a Youtube video using EcoPico strips. These have since been discontinued and I am having a hard time finding a suitable replacement so I can upgrading the lights without having to remove the LID.

Any ideas? Anybody is selling something that could work for me?
