Looking for 20 + Gallon barrel or tub for RO/DI water

Need something that is safe not only for the fish but for human consumption. I want to setup this up with an auto shut-off. Anyone know where I can find something? It must have a cover.

not sure I would want to consume any water that has been sitting for an extended period of time. I would suggest buying one of the pressurized storage tanks for that purpose.

I figure we go through about 15 gallons per week between topping off the tank and fill the water jugs for the cooler, and that's not counting water changes nor filling my in-law's water jug. So, the water won't be sitting very long at all.
