looking for a 20-24inch pc fixture in LB

I'm helping a buddy set up a 10 gallon on a budget and I thought I'd see if anyone here local to long beach has a used power compact fixture for sale in the 20-24 inch range, could be one or 2 bulbs, doesn't really matter. The ballast or bulb/s or both could be blown as I have some spare parts in my closet. I could even use a longer fixture since they could always be cut down to size.

one Ballast with two on/off switch

I'm looking for $45, the unit was only in use for about 2-3 months and the bulb ony has less then a week of use on them.
