Go to your LFS and buy a tank. Very easy to build. Common size, plenty available, should be cheap. Some local shops have a $1/gallon sale frequently. Be glad to give you pointers on how to do it. Reason I say that is, I WAY overpaid for my first sump. Built my second sump for 1/5th the price. Fun project.

That's a pretty specific thing. You'd have to get lucky. Just trying to save you time. I'm building my sumps right now. Doing it even cheaper than before. As you go along and cultivate relationships and connections, that'll happen. Using URS as your own personal garage sale or swap sheet can turn people off to wanting to help you. Not trying to be adversarial, but this is a community. By its nature there's usually a little give along with the take.

ABC reefs has 30l tanks set up with acrylic and ready to go. Exactly what you said you wanted. Give them your business, support the local reef shops.
