well i am the one who said said i wouldnt recommend them to my friend but will recommend them to a guy who stole my wallet.
i was very meticu;ous about the whole process, i recorded a video and take detailed pictures of the whole process when i recieved the order, from cutting the un-opened box to unpacking and frequent pics taking to document the process. this is just how i do it.
after i emailed them may times they didnt reply. i thought they were ignoring me. i gave up hope and frustrated and thought they were dropping the ball on me.
it turns out Brian werent getting my first batch of emails. so i resend him the emails i sent earlier. after the holiday rush, he finally get around and take care of my situation. today he finally issued a refund to me. just as i was having a shortage of cash to pay my CC due to holiday spending on gifts and all. this is a relieve for me as i am heavy in cc bill
so i rescind my previous statement about reefwise. between the holiday madness, the undeliverable emails...etc, Brian took care of the situation.
my first ever order from Brian is a blue gigantea and the health of this carpet up to this date is SUPERB. it looked solid on the picture he post online and it continue to look good on arrival and to this day.
this is a tough business to be in let me tell you.
