Looking for a ice cap 430 or sub

Ive been tring find a ballast to run two 36" vho for my 100g. I really don't want to go out and buy a new one for $150 for a ballast. Does anyone know where to get a used one???

Check with Leighanne at Aquariums. She hooked me up with a used IceCap 660 ballast, endcaps, wiringharnes and two 6' VHO's for about what a ballast would cost.

keep your eye on eBay also. every once in a while theres an awsome deal that pops up. a couple years back i bought a 660 w/ harness, endcaps, and standoffs all new for less than $100 shipped. there is also cheaper used ones that pop up on there all the time.

there is a used 660 on there now w/endcaps and everything going for about $75 shipped. only 22 hours left on auction.

There are some 660s and I think I saw a 430 on the Used Equipment & Drygoods Selling forum, but I believe you'll need to have atleast 50 meaningful posts before those forums open up for you.

Well I looked on eBay but didn't see anything that was in good condition
