Looking for a mantis

Hello people, I'm looking for a mantis for a new tank i'm setting up. Does anyone know where to get one, or someone looking to get rid of one? Any help is appreciated. I'm setting up a tank upstairs on my desk for a solo death machine, so size and ferocity is important. LMK

Last time I was at Capitol they had a huge one.
It was like 70 bucks though..

Huge is no bueno. The tank is only 10 gallons, so smaller is better in this case. (Don't tell my wife)

on eeebay there is a P. ciliata right now. It is a spearer, the seller is reputable. they fit perfect in a 10g, have lots of personality for a mantis, and you can keep a cleanup crew with them. they are awesome mantises.

Coral Reef Shop has had them from time to time. I remember a certain peacock mantis that I was drooling over, and it was about 3 inches. I do not remember the price, but it seemed reasonable to me. Try asking a few of the local shops if they can order one in for you.

I plan on adding a peacock mantis to my refugium once the 100 is up and running. I have engineered a viewing window into the stand so you can see the refugium through the front of the stand.

I have some live rock curing right now.......should be about ready to put in my new 12 gallon.....never know what might come out when I put them in. If I see a mantis, I'll let you know
