Looking for a narrow water storage container

I need a slim(no more than 6.25") water container. That's the amount of gap between my stand and wall and figured it'd be perfect for the ATO water storage. Problem is trying to find a food grade container that slim with any kind of capacity to it.

I was thinking one of those tall gas can containers, I had a 6 gallon that was suitable for drinking water but threw it out a while ago. I originally purchased it at Walmart but can't find them anymore. Anyone have any other ideas? I'm gonna check Home Depot and Lowes tomorrow.

Look up Tamco Polyethylene tanks from US Plastics. They are expensive but have the sizes you are looking for.

Thanks, I got all excited till I saw the price. $90 for a 6 gallon 18"Lx4"Wx18"H, I'd rather not spend that much for an ato container.

I got a tall skinny container from Menard's. It was a dog food storage container. Food safe and had a nice top with a flip open lid. I think it holds about 8 gal. I'm not by it now to measure but it's probably around 6-8 inches wide

I found it on their site I'll probably end up ordering it if I don't find anything tomorrow. I didn't even think about using dog food containers, that gives more options while searching tomorrow.

I'm glad this was brought up cause I am looking for a similar shaped container but I want it to hold 30-35 gallons. Should be efficient for water changes on 210 galling, right?

Do you think any of these places will have some thing similar to the dimensions of 22Lx9Wx39Tall?

39" tall = ALOT of water pressure. The container would need baffle supports probably. It seems unlikely you'll find that without having it custom made.

Found one at the Walmart on Fletcher aka the "shadow zone". Fit perfectly.
