Looking for a small tank for Copper Banded Butterfly...

I recently purchased a Copper Banded Butterfly fish. Well, I like it a lot, but it is eating my non photosynthetic corals, and I like them a lot too, so I am thinking of starting another tank. I live in an apartment and the lease requires small tanks. The one I have now is a 40 gallon, which is the max.

I'm wondering how small a tank would keep the Copper happy and if anyone has a setup like that available used?
