Looking for a surface skimmer......

i have a 20L that is drilled on the top left of the tank. currently i have some PVC with a 90d angle connected to the bulkhead acting as my drain/surface skimmer. the problem with this setup is there is a fine line between proper surface skimming and water height in the tank. if i lower the PVC the height the water height in the tank will also lower, however my surface skimming is less effective.

so.... i am looking for a surface skimmer i can silicone to my tank. something similar to a twin-flo but more of a box. any one know where i can buy one???? any other suggestions????
