Looking for a Tank Setup

Hi all, I'm polling everyone here to find out which system is better? I'm looking to buy a 120 gallon

Red Sea Reefer?

CadLights?

SC Aquariums?

I'm looking for a reputable company so that I can bust their chops if anything leaks or fails ;)

I've owned all 3 brands and I would recommend Red Sea for overall quality. Their tank and stands are top notch. I have a Reefer 350 for sale if you are interested. I need to downgrade to a Reefer 250 that is why I'm selling.

he is looking for a 120, the 350 is only a 90 gal tank, besides, you don't want to get your chops busted. :)

Check with sc. I'm having 2 custom sized tanks built and it's way cheaper vs anything I've come across. Quality, I won't know of until I receive it in October. Get a quote.

I'd get something custom made with a steel frame. I 2 reefer 170s my 1 year old pushes against them and they sway. Good enough shaker that partical board is going to crumble. It's easy to forget how strong these shakers can get, we haven't had a good ride in a while.

Just my 2 cents.

Neptunes has a lot of tanks. Some with steel reinforced or plywood. You can also order direct from crystal dynamics. They ship direct.

I'd been looking at RedSea and Elos/Acquasole, but their dimensions weren't quite right. AFter talking with a lot of the custom makers, I went with Crystal Dynamic and will definitely share a build thread when it gets here!

Saw that in Neptune when it first arrived back in June, awesome tank and stand, everything is top notch. Not sure if OP have the space for a 60"x30", otherwise it should be an awesome tank compares to his/her boyfriend's in Sacramento.:lmao:
