Looking for a UV Sterilizer in Duluth area

My wife and I have been batteling a green water problem for the last few months. we reduced our photo period to just 3 to 4 hours a day, for our clam and corals and put aluminum foil on the sides to block out the sun light in our living room. I am hoping there is somone in the Duluth area that has one that would be willing to borrow it out for a few days, or has one they don't use that would want to sell.
