Looking for about 350 lbs of white reef sand

Time to put a sand bed in my tank and looking for some nice sand. I have used oolitic aragonite in the past for my other tanks. Looking for something sugar sized and white. I need alot so a good price also.

You might try and PM Treeman, he is in Fort Lauderdale, and was selling some bahamas sand. Not sure of his prices, or if he still is in bussiness, but worth sending a PM to find out.

I bought 3200 pounds of Treeman sand earlier this year. I paid 19 cents per pound, in 40 pound bags. I paid for it at a LFS in Pompano Beach and paid tax since I have no business license or tax number. I have about 900 lbs of it in my 390. It is very fine white sand. The other 2200 lbs is in tanks all over the Tampa Bay area.

Im down with a 100 pounds of sand. Im am probably going to the keys this weekend. Maybe I can pick it up this weekend. I own a business but it has nothing to do with saltwater tanks.

Ok so smellfishy are you going to look into this? Seems like there is a few people on here wanting sand. I wouldnt mind getting 2 to 300 pounds either.

I believe you. I bought aragonite sand from a company down in Ft. Pierce a few years ago for $20.00 per ton (yes 1 cent per pound). That source is gone.
