Looking for chaeto for new refuge.

Hi, I am looking for some chaeto to get my new 20long refugium going. I was wondering if anybody around here had some extra that they are willing to sell. I also have some baby kenya trees that I can trade for if anybody is interested.

Fast5 I can get you started with some good Chaeto. I would gladly trade for a baby kenya also. I'm in Elkton so not too far away.
I am working 10 hour days right now though so it would have to be in the evening after 7pm if that works for you?
I can bring you a piece about the size of a small fist which should get you going.
I'm available Wednesday evening or Thursday evening ok?
If that's ok, send me a PM with directions and a time.

Thanks again. I just got it in the tank and got the light setup in the fuge. Hope you enjoy the corals they are both real quick growers.

The attached Kenya is already starting to open itself up. The smaller one I dropped into some Soloman Islands coral to see if it would attach itself. The shroom is doing fine as well .

Glad to here they are doing well. The cheato is doing great also. I am using the hang on light with a spiral bulb.

Excellent, you should have no trouble at all in growing it. As I said, the growth will be slow but consistant under that wattage. If and when you decide to add critters, go for the small PC light and you will have even faster growth.

Hapy to report the attached Kenya is doing excellently. He's upped himself and growing strong.

The unnattached Kenya I dropped in to my soloman islands ice cream cone and I'm waiting to see what he/she will do. The shroom is doing it's own thing somewhere but it was doing fine last time I saw it lol.
