Looking for Copepods - "How to" Post

I'm planning on getting a mandrian and have seen the post on how to raise copepods a couple of times but never printed it as I didn't plan on getting any fish that would only eat pods at the time

Can anyone re-post a link to that info?

The info I was remembering was posted by a C-Sea member that detailed how to raise pods in two-litewr bottles.
