looking for corals

Quite the opposite cccapt, I encourage groups/clubs/individuals intermingling at events, meets, etc. IMO it only strengthens the hobby to have a large network of fellow hobbiests. The 'rival' (note the quotes) comment was simply a tounge-in-cheek quip to highlight the ridiculousness in the original comment above I was addressing.

I recently got out of the hobby, but I attended last year and it went great. Wishing you guys another successful event!

We aren't rivals, that was Jandree's point.

Look, I have no problem with picking on one another, but don't insinuate that I don't appreciate members of this club or what they have given -- to me personally or the club. I've got big girl pants, and am plenty capable of telling everyone exactly what I think.

And I think that being excited that there is going to be another NCPARS frag swap at TFP is no more an afront to this reef club than buying corals from a coral vendor is an afront to this reef club.

Now, lwolfe, I would like to tell you that I have some Kenya trees but my damn FL pencil urchin decided to eat them the other night. So, for those of you who have Kenyas and hate them, might I suggest a pencil urchin for all your Kenya killing needs? Beyond that, I do not have many corals that I am able to frag, as the xenia that those WONDERFUL people Steven and Matt gave to me is just now regenerating from when the &%$@* urchin mowed them down. I may be able to scrape off some nice green and brown palys for you, though.

***Hey Joel, has that puppy of yours?***

thanks to all who replied. i am going over to one of the local reefers houses this weekend hopefully and start to get my tank stocked. i dont want to move to fast so i will propbally get what i can and wait a couple of months and keep going ill keep you guys updated with how everything goes.......

oh, i kinda feel bad for starting such a debate, but i got over it.

I only have sps corals, so they may be alittle harder for you if you are just starting out. However with that said i need to start to get rid of some, i have many that are growing very fast and i am out of room now lol. However if you ever get into sps corals hit me up i have many frags and many corals i can frag. Im in the lebanon area!

I just bought a few from Turbonegro this week. He has a lot to choose from and has an awesome set-up! You should PM him.... nice guy!
