Not sure if you would be interested in this type of pump it's a Neptune pzi8-12-vec. I have 2 of them. They are used. I tried uploading images didn't work.

Kjonulak. Did you use those Neptunes for outdoor use or indoor ... What was the exact usage ? Might be interested

I actually never used the pumps. A friend of mine from a FW club back east gave them to me before I moved to AZ. He thought that I might be able to use them with my SW reef tanks. He said that they work just fine. They are industrial grade metering pumps. Can be programmed a number of different ways. To be honest I haven't tried programming them. I did plug them in and I can hear the pump when I play with the settings. They are rated for indoor or outdoor use.

PM me with your cell number and I can send you a picture of the pumps with the name plate info.

Thanks for the offer.. I went ahead and ordered a Kamoer pump today..

Dan- how is it going with this pump? I bought one too and am having a really hard time. Please help.

From another thread:

I just bought one and am having a hard time setting it up.

My CaRx, MRC 6, has an inlet feed of 1/2". The pump tubing is tiny. Ive managed to reduce it to fit, but now at a setting of 100ml/min I get 28ml out. Yes I did the calibration. Hopefully correct.

regular air supply tubing is to big(3-4mm) even with wire ties, but I bought a "mini airline tubing" (2mm) Im almost sure its related to tubing size.

I know some have had success with this pump. Please advise. I at wits end with this thing. Im about to return.

OMG- I cant believe I didnt think of that. Tiger, what model are you using?

I use a Stenner for Automatic Water changes and love it,

Unfortunately i am not at this point in time. I have recently moved and have no real way of setting it up i want to get an awc going but the place i am in its not feasible. Will be putting my ca rx on line soon but gonna feed from my rtrn manifold

Thats how im feeding my CaRx now but having consistency issues. Hence buying a Kamoer (that isnt working, LOL).
