Not sure exactly what size you're looking for, but Walmart sells these blue foam-rubber Yoga mats that work very well. If you need to trim it, just use a new (sharp) razor blade and a straight edge.

Are you looking to place your tank on top of it? I found this place in Pompano http://www.unaflex.com, not sure if they may have what you're looking for.

When you get ready to trim the neoprene, make sure you use a brand new razor blade so it's very sharp. That's what I used and it came out great. Also, once you place your tank on top of the neoprene, it won't be very easy to slide it around. I'd recommend trying to place it exactly where you want it the first time.
