i have a drill bit but not 2" i think it's for 1" or was it 1.5" bulkheads

The big one look like 1.5" bulk head and need 65mm drill bit. The small one is 1/2" bulkhead andneed 30mm drill bit.
How do you plan to drill them? What tool?
