Hi,

looking for advice and suggestion for stocking my 85g (40g sump).

Current stocking:

- 2 flame back angelfish
- Kole Tang
- 2 occelaris
- 1 cleaner shrimp
- yellow prawn gobie + pisto shrimp
- sandsifting sea star

i have a sand bed, so i would like to find a fish that can help stir the sand, i know some wrasse can do this, but are there others ?

otherwise, i look into the chalk bass, but i never saw one in my LFS. of course there are anthias. I would like to have 2-3 of one type of fish, so i guess i need to look into the smaller species.
i also like the lemon chromis.

any idea to feed my research and futur stocking !!! or if you have any experience with some of the fish mentionned above!!

thanks in advance

If you're looking for a sand sifter a diamond watchman goby would fit. Mine has been keeping my sand clean for over a year. For Anthias, you might want to look into Dispars and Ignitus. They stay small and are relatively hardy. I have three Dispars in my 150g and looking to add maybe three more.

If you like wrasses maybe one of the Leopard Wrasses or a couple Flasher Wrasses would work. Did you ever consider firefish or dottybacks? They would they up spaces your current fish don't. If you have decent algae growth you should look into an algae eating Blenny as well.

Look at the wrasses. Some really cool ones out there. Midas blenny is another great fish. I also really like my candy-striped hogfish (might go after your shrimp though).
