Looking for info on Centropyge Potteri

I would have to agree with the consensis of this thread. I had a 120 for my Potter's to forage for food. It was only 4-5 months until I saw it eat a frozen mysis shrimp. Thank god for hair algae!! LOL

Yes, that's my photo of Apolemichthys kingi, 17cm, from South Africa..... I hope the photo will appear !

Thank you very much, LargeAngels.
Now I could see my pic on the preview finally.... I push the Submit Reply right now.....

nbd13,
No it was not mine, and I photographed at a retailer in Osaka while I was sightseeing. It was a peaceful specimen and accepted foods well. It is the only specimen imported to Japan.

I just picked up a "normal" Potteri the other day from an LFS. That was a Tuesday evening. Went home for lunch on Thursday, started eating when I fed the other fish. Thursday night was eating like a pig. Not shy at all. Granted I have only had him for a couple of days, but it is doing great so for.

Todd, sounds like yours will do great.

I think these fish are brought up too quick or something, becuase it seems to be that they either come in and have no chance, or they do great.

Thanks Rich, I hope so. I went home for lunch again today. He (or she) is a little pig. It is still getting used to the tank, but is out and about more often.

The tank itself is over 6 years old (though I did just move it -- but the rock was wet the whole move -- only an hour drive). It is a 58g with a 20g sump. I would say about 60- 70 lbs of live rock. I have a pair of sabbleback clowns and a LMB in the tank.
