Looking for internal skimmer in JBJ 28 nano

Anyone have a JBJ nanocube 28 g and they use an aftermarket protein skimmer that fits in the center back chamber of tank? I'd rather not do a hangon if possible. Thanks for any help!

I tried the JBJ skimmer that was meant for it and had nothing but problems.

I even just went through an experience with the fluval skimmer for there tank.

Mini skimmers just don't seem to work correctly or require perfect water levels and a lot of tweaking.

I was told to just do a cup out and a cup in of new salt water a day or a couple to fit your needs of a continued water change.

So far that has been the best advice that has worked for me with my two smaller tanks.

A water change every day seems like a lot of work. But I see the point. I’d have to come up with some water storage solutions.

Not sure your space and budget but this is what I ended up doing to support my 3 salt water tanks.

Float valve from the rodi water system. Top barrel for rodi water.

Second barrel to mix salt with heater / power head and main circulating pump.

Also use the hose to put water in my 150g tank and fill buckets for the smaller tanks.

Home Depot was my friend.
