Hi. Does anyone in SoCal know where theyre selling a pair of dark red (not the orange ones) tomatoe clowns? If anyone has a pair they'd be willing to sell or trade, let me know. Thanks.

Paul

I have a wc tomato clown and tb cinnamon clown pair for $10. I'll post pics up if you are interested. They aren't a mated pair yet. I have had the tomato for a year and 3 months and the cinnamon for a couple of months, but recently put them together in a 10 gallon to pair up.

Paul,

check out Reef Hot Spot. They had some tomatoes in last week, but I'm not sure if they had any pairs.

Thanks guys.

rbdesigns, Thanks but I'm gonna have to pass. Looking specifically for a tomatoe pair.

clsund, where's reef hot spot?

Bright red tomatoes will turn dark as they mature especially the female. So if you find a bright red tomato don't worry about it. They will darken in a few months.

Here's a pic of the pair

I have a question. What is a "WC" tomato and "TB" cinnamon? Sorry for the noob questions. I've never owned a tomato or a cinnamon. Are they completely different or are they just different color variants? The reason I ask is because they look the same to me in the picture.

Tomatoes are Amphiprion frenatus, and cinnamons are Amphiprion melanopus. I don't know how they come up with the names, but after owning them the only difference I see is the coloring and what part of the world they come from. Both host BTA anemones. If they bred they would be considered hybrids. Maybe someone with more experience can enlighten us.
