I've been there many years ago. One must do is if you go during the sea turtle egg laying season, sign up for a guided trip to go watch them. These huge 1000lbs leatherback turtles pull themselves out of the water to go up close to the tree line to lay their eggs. Too see this in person and to be right next to them when they are doing this is an undescribable experience. It's like watching a mini-cooper walk out of the waves. You help count the fertilized and non-fertilized egg for the local conservatory.
